Contact page
On the contact page you choose the topic, and your message goes directly to the responsible team. You receive a confirmation of receipt, and the reply comes by email from the person handling your request. If you reply to one of these emails, it ends up in the same request again.
For help with setup, the support Discord is usually faster.

There you reach the team through the ticket system. Have your Server ID ready and, if you have one, the error UUID.
