Publish messages in announcement channels automatically.

In an announcement channel, every message has to be published manually with Publish so that servers following your channel get it too. That is exactly what people keep forgetting. Auto Publish does it automatically.
Settings
| Setting | Meaning |
|---|---|
| All Announcement Channels | Publishes in every announcement channel of the server |
| Channels | Only these channels. Only active while the option above is off |
| Exclude Bot Messages | Messages from bots and webhooks are not published |
| Excluded Roles | Messages from members with these roles are never published |
