Automations

When something happens, do something. Build your own rules, also on a schedule.

In the panel under: Tools, Automations

An automation is a simple rule: when something happens, then do something. For example, post an embed every Monday at 9 a.m., or give a role to everyone who boosts.

Creating an automation

  1. Enable the module

  2. Create a new automation

Give it a name, for example "Daily announcement".

  3. Choose a trigger

    What sets off the automation.

  4. Choose an action

    What happens then.

  5. Set the channel, embed or role and save

The triggers

Schedule A time of day or an interval is reached
Member joins Someone joins the server
Member leaves Someone leaves the server
Member boosts Someone boosts the server

Schedule settings

Daily at a fixed time With hour and minute
Repeat every X minutes With an interval in minutes

The actions

For Send embed you need a saved embed from the Embed Creator. If there is none yet, the panel tells you.

Marketplace

In the Automation Marketplace tab you find automations other servers have shared, and you can publish your own.

An import counts against your limit. The marketplace is not a way to get more automations than your plan allows.

Required permissions

Send Messages, Embed Links, Manage Roles (for role actions).
