Temp Voice
Members create their own voice channel by joining a channel.
In the panel under: Moderation, Temp Voice
You create a Creator Channel. Whoever joins it immediately gets their own voice channel and is moved into it. When everyone has left the channel again, the bot deletes it. No channel clutter, no managing by hand.
Setup
Create the Creator Channel in Discord
A normal voice channel, for example "➕ Create your own channel".
Enable the module
Add a setup
Pick the Creator Channel and fill in the remaining fields.
Save and join once yourself
Settings per setup
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Creator Channel | Whoever joins it gets a new channel |
| Category | Where the new channels are created. Empty means: the same category as the Creator Channel |
| Name Pattern | The name of new channels. The placeholders {user} and {count} are replaced automatically |
| User Limit | The default limit of new channels. 0 means unlimited |
Example of a name pattern: {user}s Channel gives "Marias Channel".
Log Channel
Optional. Logs when channels were created and deleted again.
What the owner can control themselves
As soon as someone has their own channel, the bot sends a message with buttons there. With it, the owner can manage their channel without help from the team, including the name, user limit and moderators.
You design this message freely under Message inside the voice channel in the Message Builder. The control buttons are a required block and stay in place.
