Ticket transcripts
Closed tickets as a permanent, searchable archive in your browser.
When a ticket is closed, a transcript is automatically created on transcript.alphacloud.bot. Instead of an HTML file as an attachment, you get a link.
What's in it
The complete conversation, shown just like in Discord: messages grouped by sender, with formatting, mentions and embeds. Attachments such as images are archived too.
Who has access
| Who | Access |
|---|---|
| The ticket creator | To their own ticket |
| The team that was responsible when the ticket was closed | To this ticket |
| Server owner and people with panel access | To all transcripts of their server |
You log in with the same Discord account as in the web panel.
Where to find the link
- In the DM the creator gets when the ticket is closed
- In the ticket log channel
- Through the overview on transcript.alphacloud.bot, sorted by server and category
Transcripts stay
Ads
On the transcript page of a server without Premium, an ad banner for the bot appears. If the server buys Premium, it disappears automatically, even on old transcripts. This is checked live and not frozen at closing time.
When a transcript is missing
Creating the transcript never blocks closing. If something goes wrong, the ticket is still closed normally and there simply is no link at that spot. The ticket itself isn't affected.
