Temporary Roles
Give a role for a limited time, and it's removed again automatically.

You give a member a role with an expiration date. The bot takes it away on its own when the time is up. Good for limited ranks, event access, trial periods on the team or temporary penalty roles.

Enable the module and save
Click Grant Role
Set member, role and expiry
There are quick buttons for the expiry: +1 day, +7 days, +30 days. You can also set your own time.
Enter a reason
Optional, but handy: it shows up later in the overview and in the log.
Grant
Active grants
The list shows every running grant with the member, role, expiry time and the person who gave it. Per entry:
- Extend pushes the expiry back
- Remove takes the role away right away
Log channel
Optional. The bot logs grants, extensions and automatic expiry there.
A restart doesn't lose any grant
The expiry times are stored in the database, not just in memory. When the bot restarts, it reads all running grants again and restores the timers. Anything that would have expired during the downtime is handled right away. On top of that, a regular check runs in case reading them on startup ever fails.
Required permissions
Manage Roles. The role being given must be below the bot role.
