The web panel
How the web panel is laid out, how to find your way around and how saving works.
Almost everything in AlphaCloud is set up in the web panel, not by command. The panel lives at panel.alphacloud.bot and you log in there with your Discord account.
Log in and pick a server
After logging in, you see one tile per server where you have Manage Server and where the bot is. Click a tile and you land in that server's panel.
The layout
The panel has three fixed areas:
- Header with the server switcher, search, the coin icon for Panel Coins and your account menu.
- Sidebar on the left with all modules, grouped by category.
- Workspace on the right with the module you currently have open.
The categories in the sidebar
| Category | What's inside |
|---|---|
| General | Menu, Setup, Branding, Premium Subscription, Free Premium, Analytics |
| Moderation | 18 modules, from AutoMod through Anti-Nuke to Honeypot |
| Community | 18 modules, from Giveaways through Level System to Birthdays |
| Support | Tickets and everything that runs your support |
| Team | Team List, Absences, Activity Check and more |
| Tools | Embed Creator, custom commands, Automations, AI, backups |
| Admin | Permissions and Audit Log |
| Game Integrations | FiveM connection |
Partner Statistics only shows up if your server is or was an official AlphaCloud partner. For all other servers, the entry doesn't exist at all.
Saving
As soon as you change anything, the panel shows a bar at the bottom:
You have unsaved changes · Discard · Save
A few areas save instantly and therefore have no Save button, for example uploading a bot logo or redeeming a code. These spots tell you with a message every time whether it worked.
The on and off switch
Every module has a switch at the very top. It does two things:
- The bot immediately stops running the module.
- If a slash command belongs to the module, the bot unregisters it with Discord. So it disappears from your server's command list.
Your settings are kept. If you turn it back on, everything is just like before. If you really want to delete everything, use the reset under Setup.
Understanding error messages
If something goes wrong, the panel shows you a red message. If it contains a UUID, that's the ID of exactly this error in our logs. The button next to it takes you straight to bugs.alphacloud.bot with a prefilled form. Send the report, and we can trace the case without asking you follow-up questions.
Several people in the panel
By default, anyone who has Manage Server on the server can get into the panel. If you want to give someone access to just certain modules without extending their Discord permissions, use Permissions.
Keyboard and mobile
The panel works fully on your phone. A few very wide views are deliberately hidden there, for example the live preview in the Embed Creator and the advanced command builder. For those two you need a bigger screen.
