Ask Alfi (AI assistant)
The AI assistant in the web panel that explains modules and prepares settings, designs and entries for you.

Ask Alfi is an AI assistant right inside the web panel. You tell it what you'd like on your server, and it explains the matching modules or prepares the setup for you right away. It replies in the language you write to it in.
You'll find the button with the animated Alfi at the bottom right of every server page, above the button for reporting errors. One click opens the chat.
What Alfi can do
Alfi explains every module and can read your server's settings for that, plus channels, roles and the emotes of the bot and your server. It suggests changes as a card that you carry out with Apply.
Alfi can suggest settings for 50 modules, meaning all modules with their own settings page except Minigames.
Not included are Branding, backups, Permissions, custom commands and Automations.
It can also turn a module on or off.
Alfi builds custom message designs for module messages, as an embed or in Components V2. The card shows you a Discord preview.
When you apply it, it also turns on Custom embed for that message. How designs are built is explained in The Message Builder.
For anything made up of several parts, Alfi suggests a series of steps:
- Ticket categories, questions and panels
- Level rewards
- Embeds in the Embed Creator
- Team lists
- Reaction role panels
- Server Stats channels
- Sticky messages
- Auto Responder triggers
- Rules for Role Names and Role DM
- Factions
- Polls and giveaways
It can also post the result straight to a channel. Steps that post something are marked posts in Discord on the card.
How to work with Alfi
Write what you want
Open the chat with the Alfi button and describe in your own words what you'd like. The more precisely you name channels and roles, the better the suggestion fits.
Check the card
Alfi replies with a card. It shows every change in full, with links in a separate box. Images aren't loaded in the preview.
Apply
The change is only carried out once you click Apply. If you don't like something, just tell Alfi what to change.
What Alfi isn't allowed to do
- Delete anything
- Touch backups, partnerships, the Minigames currency and Anti-Nuke incidents
- Change anything about individual members
- Set whitelists and exceptions, for example in Anti-Nuke, AutoMod and Verification

The day is counted in UTC, so the quota resets at midnight UTC. Panel helpers who only have access through Permissions and don't have Discord management permissions get a quarter of that.
