Voice Support Activity

Points for active voice support, with a status from Inactive to Most active.

In the panel under: Team, Voice Support Activity

Team members collect points when they help members in your support voice channels. Team leads see at a glance who is how active, and every team member can check their own points for the last 7 days.

What counts as a conversation

A conversation is a team member and a member without the team role together in a configured support channel. So that only real help counts, these rules apply:

Rule Meaning
Active time only Time only counts while the team member is neither muted nor deafened and the member is not deafened
Minimum duration A conversation only counts from a minimum number of active minutes, default 2
Minimum share At least half of the conversation must have been active
No farming The same pair of team member and member counts at most once every 30 minutes
Daily cap More conversations per team member and day do not count, default 20
Real members only Bots and team members among themselves do not count, the AFK channel never counts

Points and status

Every valid conversation gives 1 point, plus 1 point per full 10 active minutes. The number of minutes is adjustable.

Status Meaning
Inactive Below the threshold for Normal
Normal From the set threshold, default 5 points
Active From the set threshold, default 20 points
Most active Rank 1 in the period

Points are always counted over the last 7 days, not over a calendar week. So there is no cutoff day where everyone drops to zero.
