What goes into a good report
| Detail | Why |
|---|---|
| Area | Which module is affected |
| What you did | The steps that make it happen |
| What happened | What actually happened |
| What should have happened | What you expected |
| Server ID | So we can trace it |
| Error UUID | If one was shown |
| Screenshot | If it is something visible |
The UUID
If the panel or the bot shows you an error message with a long string of characters, that is the identifier of exactly this error in our logs. With it, we find the case right away.
