Support Notify
Notify the team as soon as someone is sitting in the support waiting room.

When someone joins a support waiting room, the bot posts a message in a channel and pings your team role. This way nobody waits unnoticed.
Setup
Enable the module
Choose the support waiting rooms
The voice channels where members wait for support. At most 25.
Choose the notification channel
The text channel where your team gets the alert.
Choose the team role
It is pinged in the alert.
