Premium Subscription
Buy Premium (in the panel or right in Discord), read the status, manage the subscription and cancel it again.

This page shows you the Premium status of this server. You buy on /premium or right in Discord, and you manage on /billing. This split is on purpose, more on that in a moment.
What you can read here

It also says whether you manage the subscription or another server member does.
Who can manage a subscription
A subscription belongs to the buyer, not the server. Only the Discord account that paid can manage it, cancel it or change the payment method.
Buying
Go to the purchase page
Via Go to my subscriptions or directly at panel.alphacloud.bot/premium.
Choose server and term
The longer the term, the cheaper the month.
Confirm the waiver of withdrawal
A required checkbox, because Premium starts right away. Next to it are the links to the Terms of Service, the withdrawal policy and the Privacy Policy.
Subscribe with obligation to pay
The purchase goes through Stripe. After paying, Premium is active immediately.
Buy right in Discord
On the AlphaCloud Discord server, the shop channel has a panel with Buy now. Everything after that is visible only to you, and the same prices, discounts and rules apply as in the panel. Subscription, Lifetime and Prepaid can all be bought there.
Choose subscription or Prepaid
Then you see the prices. If a sale is running, the old price is shown crossed out next to it, along with which payments the discount applies to.
Choose server and term
If you've logged in to the panel before, your servers appear as a list. Otherwise you enter the Server ID, and your membership on the server is checked.
Review and agree to the order
You see the server, term, final price and start, plus the links to the Terms of Service, withdrawal policy, Privacy Policy and cancellation. Only after you agree to the immediate start can you click Subscribe with obligation to pay (Lifetime: buy, Prepaid: order).
Pay by QR code or link
Scan the QR code with your phone, or on a PC click Go to payment. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you pay within about 15 minutes, the message then turns into a success message. You get the invoice and confirmation by DM and email either way.

Manage and cancel
The way to do this is panel.alphacloud.bot/billing. The page logs you in and takes you straight to the Stripe customer portal, with no page in between. There you see all your subscriptions across all servers and can cancel, switch payment methods and download invoices.
If you have several servers with a subscription, you can tell them apart in the portal by the server name in the subscription's description. If your server has been renamed since then, AlphaCloud updates the name automatically the next time you open the portal.
Cancel without logging in
Can't get into your Discord account anymore? There's a cancellation form without login at alphacloud.bot/kuendigen. Every submission is logged and confirmed to you by email. It's only carried out automatically if the email you enter matches the buyer on file, otherwise a human checks it.
Withdrawal with a partial refund
Within the withdrawal period, use panel.alphacloud.bot/withdraw. You need to log in for this, because real money flows back and a refund can't be reversed. You don't have to give a reason. Lifetime purchases and repeat cases are always checked by a human.
When the bot leaves the server
If the bot leaves your server and doesn't come back, the subscription is automatically cancelled after three days, effective at the end of the paid period, so nobody pays for something they can't use. If the bot comes back before then, this automatic cancellation is lifted again. A cancellation you started yourself in the portal is never overwritten by this.
