Account Age
Automatically remove Discord accounts that are too new, before they do damage.
In the panel under: Moderation, Account Age
Raid waves and spam bots almost always use freshly created Discord accounts. This module removes them automatically when they join if the account is younger than the limit you set.
Setup
Enable the module
Set the minimum account age
In days. Members with a younger account are removed.
Choose the action
Kick or ban.
Set a log channel
Recommended, so you can see who's affected.
Settings
| Setting | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Minimum Account Age (days) | The limit |
| Action | Kick or ban |
| Log Channel | Optional, logs every removed member |
A sensible limit
| Value | Effect |
|---|---|
| 1 to 3 days | Only catches brand-new throwaway accounts |
| 7 days | A good default for most servers |
| 30 days | Strict, keeps out many real newcomers |
The account's creation date is built into the Discord ID itself, so the bot doesn't need an extra lookup and decides right when someone joins.
The DM
A removed member gets a DM. You design it under DM for a too new account in the Message Builder. The reason sits in a locked block.
Required permissions
Kick Members or Ban Members.
