Automatically distribute waiting members in a voice channel to free supporters.

A waiting room as a voice channel. When a supporter becomes free, the bot automatically brings in the next waiting person. Anyone with a VIP role gets their turn sooner.
Setup
Create a waiting room
A voice channel where members wait for support.
Enable the module
Enter the channel IDs
The voice channel IDs, separated by commas. At most 5 channels.
Optional: enter VIP role IDs
Also separated by commas, at most 5 roles.
Settings

| Channel IDs | The waiting rooms, at most 5 |
| VIP Role IDs | These members get priority, at most 5 |
