Embed Creator
Build, save and send your own embeds to channels, also usable by other modules.
In the panel under: Tools, Embed Creator
The builder for your own Discord messages. You build an embed, save it and send it to a channel. Saved embeds are also the template for several other modules.
Where else saved embeds show up
| Module | Use |
|---|---|
| Sticky Message | As the pinned message in a channel |
| Auto Responder | As the reply to a keyword |
| Automations | As the action of an automation |
| Partnerships | As your promo embed |
That is why it pays to build properly here once: you keep using the same embed in several places.
What you can build
The familiar colored box:
- Title and title link
- Description
- Color
- Thumbnail and large image
- Author with name, icon and link
- Footer with text and icon
- Fields
- Timestamp
- Link buttons below
Discord's newer format. Instead of fixed fields, you put the message together from elements: text blocks, separators, images and buttons, in any order you like.
Restricting access
With the allowed roles you decide who can see and send a saved embed.
Sending and editing
You send a saved embed to a channel from the panel or by command:
/embed send sends a saved embed to a channel.
Live preview
On the right you see how the embed will look in Discord.
Free and Premium
| Files per server | |
|---|---|
| Free | 5 |
| Premium | 20 |
This means real uploaded attachments. Images by URL are not affected.
Discord limits
Discord limits how much text fits in a message. If a single saved embed gets too long, the bot shortens it instead of splitting it across several messages. A saved embed is meant to stay one message.
Required permissions
Send Messages, Embed Links, Attach Files, Manage Messages (to edit copies that were sent).
