Server Blacklist
Refuse verification when someone is a member of a specific other server.
In the panel under: Moderation, Verification, Server Blacklist
A sub-item of Verification. It rejects people who are members of a server you've put on the blacklist. Meant for known raid servers, alt account farms and cheat communities.
Requirement
Setup
Turn on the blacklist
Under Verification, flip the Enable Server Blacklist switch.
Set a log channel
Blocked verification attempts are logged there. Without it, you'll never notice that someone was rejected.
Add servers
On the Server Blacklist page, enter the Discord Server ID, optionally with a label like "Raid server".
You get the server ID by right-clicking the server once you've turned on Developer Mode in Discord under Settings, Advanced.
The list
For each entry you see:
- the label you gave it
- the real server name, which the bot looks up itself, so a mislabeled entry still stays recognizable
- how many people this entry has actually blocked
Statistics
At the top of the page are three numbers: total blocks, blocks in the last 30 days and the number of blocked servers. Below that, the breakdown per server.
The rejection DM
If someone is turned away, they get a DM. You design it under DM for the verify blacklist in the Message Builder. The reason sits in a locked block that you can move but not remove.
