AlphaCloud Has a New Home: alphacloud.bot

AlphaCloud moved. Website, panel and all our platforms now live on alphacloud.bot. It is a bot, so the address now says so.

The short version: nothing breaks and your settings are untouched. The bot keeps running on your server as before.

What changes

Before	Now
alphacloud.pro	alphacloud.bot
panel.alphacloud.pro	panel.alphacloud.bot
ideas.alphacloud.pro	ideas.alphacloud.bot
bugs.alphacloud.pro	bugs.alphacloud.bot
appeals.alphacloud.pro	appeals.alphacloud.bot
transcript.alphacloud.pro	transcript.alphacloud.bot

Our mail moved as well. We now write from service@alphacloud.bot, and you reach us at support@alphacloud.bot or through the new contact page.

What you need to do

Almost nothing. Two small things:

Log in once more. A login belongs to its address, so the panel asks you to sign in with Discord again the first time you open the new one. Your account and your server settings stay exactly as they were.

Update links you saved yourself. Old addresses redirect to the new ones, so bookmarks and links in your Discord still work. They will not do that forever, though. If you posted a link to a transcript or the panel in a channel, or pinned one, it is worth replacing .pro with .bot while you think of it.

Messages from the bot, such as ticket transcripts, already use the new address.

What stays the same

The bot, its commands and every module setting. Your Premium, including running subscriptions, keeps going without any action from you. Prices do not change because of this, and neither do the rules: the privacy policy and terms are simply reachable under the new address.

Watch out for look-alikes

A move is a good moment for scammers. We only use alphacloud.bot, and alphacloud.pro as a redirect. We never ask for your password, because logging in always happens through Discord itself. If a link looks odd, ask on our Discord server first.

If something does not work after the move, write to us through the contact page. Over to the new panel.
