Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. The contract is concluded once the payment process at our payment provider Stripe completes successfully. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AlphaCloud, c/o Online-Impressum #6682, Europaring 90, 53757 St. Augustin, Germany, email: alphacloud@mail.online-impressum.de) by means of a clear declaration (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please include the ID of the Discord server concerned and whether you are withdrawing from Premium or the Service module, so that we can match your withdrawal to the right contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is however not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at panel.alphacloud.bot/withdraw, using the button "Withdraw from contract". If you use this online function, we will send you, without undue delay and on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt with information on the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was received. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. We calculate that proportion in full calendar days, Central European time (Berlin): any day that has already started counts as one full day used and charged. What counts is the ratio of these used days to the full term you booked. No further deductions, flat fees or handling charges apply. We inform you of the amount refunded and the amount retained by email. If you use the self-service route at panel.alphacloud.bot/withdraw, the withdrawal is carried out immediately and the amount is submitted for refund straight away. Depending on your payment provider and bank the credit can take a few working days.

Special Notice on Early Expiry

Your right of withdrawal only lapses early once we have supplied the service in full and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract. For a running Premium subscription, for a prepaid purchase, for the Lifetime licence and for the Service module as a subscription or prepaid, the service is not yet supplied in full at the time of purchase, because we provide Premium status or the Service module to you over a period of time. Your right of withdrawal therefore initially remains in place. If you withdraw after performance has begun, you owe us the proportionate amount described under Effects of Withdrawal. The free trial of the Service module costs nothing; no compensation is due for it, and it does not count towards the paid time. We obtain your express consent to immediate performance and your acknowledgement before every purchase in the order process: in the web panel using a checkbox that is not pre-ticked, in the Premium shop of our bot using a separate consent button; the Service module has its own wording. We record the wording and the time of your consent and reproduce both in the contract confirmation you receive by email after the purchase. Please note the difference between withdrawal and cancellation: withdrawal is your statutory right to undo the contract within 14 days of its conclusion. Cancellation ends a running subscription at the end of the respective term, with no refund for the current term. You can cancel at any time and without logging in at alphacloud.bot/cancel-contract.
