The AI Support Chat is already available on the free plan. You set up a channel and configure a custom prompt, the AI then automatically responds to user questions and issues in that channel. Free servers can link up to 10 channels for context, Premium servers up to 30. Ideal as a first point of contact before a real support ticket.
When AlphaCloud is removed from a server, all server-related data is typically deleted automatically within 30 days. Only data necessary for operation is stored, Discord IDs, configurations, moderation logs. We do not sell data to third parties. See our privacy policy for details.

The Moderation module gives you commands like /moderation warn, mute, kick, ban and clear, you can set dedicated moderator roles and optionally auto create a Muted role. Every warn is logged and the user is notified via DM. The Verify module verifies new members with a button and automatically assigns a role, optionally with a small math captcha, an external verify link, or a Server Blacklist check via Discord login.
Use /gcreate to start a giveaway with a duration, number of winners, prize and optional entry requirements like a specific role. Participants join via a button, winners are drawn automatically and notified by DM, and /greroll lets you redraw winners. Premium voucher codes can be redeemed directly on panel.alphacloud.bot/code or in your server's Setup page in the Webpanel, no command needed.
A backup saves roles, channels including permissions, emojis and the most important server settings, but not messages or the member list. On the free plan a backup can be created every 7 days, with Premium every 12 hours with up to 5 stored backups. A restore first deletes all current channels and roles and then rebuilds the server from the backup, the bot's role needs to be positioned above every other role for this to work.
The primary database runs on AlphaCloud's own servers within the EU. We don't sell any data to third parties and only process what's necessary to operate the modules you use. Details on the legal basis and retention periods are in the Privacy Policy.
