Which contract do you want to cancel?

You can find the server ID in the web panel, or in Discord by enabling developer mode and right-clicking the server. Without it we can only match your cancellation by hand, but it is effective either way.

Please use the address on file at the time of purchase, that is the one of your linked Discord account or of your Stripe payment account. If the server ID and email match our purchase records, we cancel immediately and automatically. If they do not match, we review it manually, but your cancellation has still been validly received. We send the confirmation to this address.
